The first phase of the project named Royal Lodge Spa has been completed in December 2006 and is welcoming tourists and owners ever since. The second phase named Royal Lodge Casino is in the final stage of its completion and is expected to be ready by August 2008. The intention of the investors of the Royal Lodge Casino & Spa Resort was the complex to work all year round and thus generate income and pay for itself. Royal Lodge Casino & Spa Resort: apartment units: The total number of units in the first phase named Royal Lodge Spa is 186. At the moment are available 8 apartments that are fully furnished with the furnishing package coming as a bonus. The total number of apartments in the second phase named Royal Lodge Casino is 112.
